Just 120 years ago, Francis Miller is credited with the invention of paint spraying. Paint rollers are a more recent development coming to the industry in 1940 by Norman Breakery. The oldest painting tool is the brush; who knows how old? Now some may say that because the brush is the oldest way of applying paint that it is superior to the other ways. Well if brushing paint were superior why were the other methods invented and why do we use the other ways to apply paint?
