Our Employee Conduct Guarantee is top priority
We will conduct thorough employee interviews and background checks to uncover any unethical, illegal or unscrupulous ways that would interfere with our trust with you, our customer. We are law abiding and would expect nothing less from those who represent us to the public.
We will use only legally employed trained professionals to work on your project. We will not use sub-contract labor because sub-contractors may not care as much as we do.
We will arrive on-time to your project every day. If we fail, we’ll automatically credit that customer’s account $25 for every day we do not arrive on time. This commitment does not apply during severe storm conditions or emergency events, if access to that premises is not available or is deemed unsafe, if other contractors are the cause of the delay, or if extenuating circumstances prevent a timely connection.
We will monitor employee activities while they are on your property. Employees will not play loud / offensive music, use offensive language, and leave a mess behind for you to clean-up, park their vehicle where asked, have a presentable appearance and say “Thank You” and mean it.
